Heather Pfaff

Heather’s journey into the world of accounting is both unique and inspiring. Before diving into the financial realm, she spent 5 years in marketing and graphic design. Her passion for numbers and precision led her to change careers, with her first accounting role being at WMS in 2019.

Heather’s academic achievements are a testament to her dedication. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of New England (UNE) obtained in 2021, followed by a master’s degree in accounting from the same institution in 2022. Currently, she is working towards her CA qualification, with an expected completion at the beginning of 2025.

At WMS, Heather’s expertise isn’t limited to just accounting. She serves as the QuickBooks and Reckon Champion, showcasing her versatility and commitment to ensuring the best tools and practices are in place.
