Lauren Monds

Lauren, an accomplished Accountant, proudly serves as a part of the WMS team working for Partner Stephen Holmes.

Her academic journey is impressive with a Bachelor of Business (Sport & Leisure Management) from Latrobe University in 2006, a Bachelor of Applied Management Studies from the University of Ballarat in 2012, and a Master of Accounting from Bond Business School in 2020. Lauren’s dedication to her studies led her to become the valedictorian for her graduating class at Bond Business School in 2020. In addition, she was recognized with the WMS Award for Excellence in both Taxation Practice for Accountants and Financial Accounting, and remarkably, achieved first in class for half of her subjects.

Before joining WMS in 2021, Lauren gained valuable experience from four years in commercial finance roles. Although she specializes in tax knowledge at WMS, Lauren’s diverse skill set allows her to adapt to various roles, making her a versatile asset to the firm.

On a personal note, Lauren is a devoted mother to twin toddler boys who never cease to infuse energy into her days. Lauren is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of WMS, cherishing the supportive atmosphere of the firm and feeling privileged to work alongside her brilliant colleagues.
