Greg Merrick

Greg has over two decades of experience in his role as Systems Administrator at WMS. Starting as a level 1 helpdesk technician when CDs were still used, he quickly gained skills in Windows/macOS desktop support, Windows server administration, and website development. Progressing through level 2 he took a special interest in the humanistic side of IT with a focus on user experience and education. As a system administrator he now enjoys combining the Microsoft 365 / Entra platform’s capabilities with his business acumen to deliver the best experience possible for all users.

Greg has been a pivotal contributor to all software implementation and training initiatives at WMS.

Greg’s involvement extends beyond the digital domain as he plays an instrumental part in the Wellness Committee of WMS and won the firms Live Like AK Award in 2023. He is proudly dedicated to technology and the well-being of the WMS community.

In his spare time Greg enjoys exploring cutting-edge technologies, particularly within the realm of Web3. With a special love for virtual reality and AI tools he’s always excited to talk about the future!
