Gwyn Beasley

Gwyn joined WMS as the Human Resources Manager in 2022 after graduating from Griffith University with a Masters of Employment Relations with academic excellence (2021). She also holds a Bachelor of Art Theory from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland.

Gwyn has many years of experience providing HR, compliance, and legal advice to clients in a range of industries and has worked for accounting firms at the Gold Coast for 15 years.

At WMS, Gwyn works for the partnership group and provides the full suite of strategic and operational human resources advice and support to the partner group and staff of over 70.

Gwyn was the winner of the WMS cultural award Shoot Straight in 2023 which recognizes her skill of speaking up and speaking directly, particularly in difficult conversations.

At WMS, Gwyn is a Mental Health First Aid Officer and member of the WMS Wellness Committee which is constantly recognized by staff as making a difference to their overall engagement and wellbeing.
